培養運動習慣,讓學習英語更有效率!

4月4日兒童節,渥茲華英語的Teacher Gerry要和大家分享他最喜歡的運動!小學時代,Gerry老師可是足球校隊的一員!你認得出來嗎?

各位大朋友、小朋友,兒童節快樂!希望大家度過一個美好的兒童與清明連續假期。

Happy Children’s Day everyone! I hope you all really enjoy your four-day holiday.

同時我也希望你們能多嚐試運動以及其他型態的活動!

I also hope that lots of you get the chance to play some sports or to do some other kinds of exercise.

渥茲華英語(三重正義分校)的外師們,都很喜歡運動!包括:游泳、跑步、健行、舞蹈、足球、羽球、籃球、重訓、瑜珈、功夫…等。

All of the teachers at the Wordsworth Sanchong 1 school enjoy doing exercise. The activities we enjoy doing include: • swimming • running • hiking • dancing • playing soccer • playing badminton • playing basketball • weight training • doing yoga • & doing martial arts.

我覺得培養規律的運動習慣,真的很重要,因為我相信:運動是有趣的,而且可以建立友誼、還可以使身體更健康,提升你的肌耐力,改善睡眠品質,讓你的學習更有效率!

I think that regular exercise for kids is really important. Here are a few reasons why I believe this: • It’s fun. • You can make friends. • It makes you healthier. • It improves your energy levels. • It improves your quality of sleep. • It even helps you to study better!

戶外活動也是很棒的!當你從事戶外活動時,記得要補充足夠的水份、擦點防曬乳,對了!如果空氣品質不好,那就下次吧!

I think it’s great to do exercise outside. If you like doing that, remember to drink enough water and wear some sunscreen. Also, don’t do exercise outside if the pollution levels are high.
